RUS Loan Design

* Correct ACD maps for cables and subscribers

* Obtain subscriber count for fill blocks

* Determine KF at taper points, intersections etc.

* Add (5) year growth percentage to cable fill blocks

* Design (5) year cable distribution with-in CSA's

* Determine and design trunking T-CXR/Fiber to Remotes

* Cost out Electronics i.e. T-CXR or Fiber

* Determine COE needs for 5-10 years

* CAD composite map of all exchanges

* Prepare and CAD present and proposed trunking facility map

* Prepare exchange and system subscriber data on form 569

* Prepare narrative for the proposed design

* Prepare Environmental Impact statement

* Review project with Telephone Company and RUS
