RUS Loan Design

• Correct ACD maps for cables and subscribers
• Obtain subscriber count for fill blocks
• Determine KF at taper points, intersections etc.
• Add (5) year growth percentage to cable fill blocks
• Design (5) year cable distribution with-in CSA's
• Determine and design trunking T-CXR/Fiber to Remotes
• Cost out Electronics i.e. T-CXR or Fiber
• Determine COE needs for 5-10 years
• CAD composite map of all exchanges
• Prepare and CAD present and proposed trunking facility map
• Prepare exchange and system subscriber data on form 569
• Prepare narrative for the proposed design
• Prepare Environmental Impact statement
• Review project with Telephone Company and RUS
